Bill Yagiela

Bill Yagiela

President, Partner

Bill founded The Computer Guys, Inc. to provide IT support for small to medium business in January 1996. Since then, Bill’s leadership has guided TCG through the development of and maturing of the IT support industry, and through a difficult local economy.

He has many years of IT experience in retail point of sale, home building, and ambulatory medical practices, specializing in understanding and providing IT solutions to business problem’s in these and other industries.

As a IT partner Bill has participated with Detroit area health systems planning and rollout of EMR to affiliated medical practices and recently was appointed to the board of the MSP – Consortium (Managed Service Provider) which is a national member organization dedicated to development of MSP businesses by providing standards and practices, training, code of ethics, business mentoring and group buying power to member businesses.

Peter Williams

Peter Williams

Chief Technical Officer, Partner

A graduate of Michigan State University, Peter joined TCG in 1997, becoming the company’s first Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Peter provides TCG’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.

With over 20 years of hands on experience with advanced network systems, he works in a consultative fashion with TCG’s clients and as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. He conducts research on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation. Peter works closely with our department managers to help ensure the success of our team and often personally handles the high end technical issues experienced by our clients.

Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of the University of Michigan School Of Business Administration (BBA), Dale is a passionate numbers guy and the analytical brain of TCG. Dale was a Network Administrator in his earlier career and quickly realized the value of contracting out IT services. As such he hired TCG to provide that support back in 1996 to take over IT management for a regional home builder and developer. To this day still says it was one of the best business decisions he ever made.

He maintained a close relationship with TCG over the years and joined the management team in 2012 as CFO. Prior to TCG, Dale had a distinguished career in the banking and real estate industries. His prior positions included Vice President in commercial lending at a national bank, and Treasurer and Land Acquisition Director for local real estate companies.
